When you use CustomKidSong, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and details about your child (name, age, interests, memories) necessary for creating personalized songs. We also collect payment information (processed securely by our payment provider) and any photos you upload for AI-generated cover artwork.
We use your information to create and deliver personalized songs, generate custom cover art using AI, process payments, send order confirmations and updates, and improve our services. We may send occasional promotional emails if you have opted in. Your child's information is used solely for personalization and is never sold to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (database) and AWS (file storage). We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store full credit card numbers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Photos you upload for cover art generation are processed by our AI service provider (xAI Grok) solely for the purpose of generating your requested image. These photos are not used to train AI models or retained by the AI provider beyond the request. Generated cover images are stored in your account and included in your final delivery.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate (payment processing, AI image generation, email delivery, file storage). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at customkidsong@gmail.com. You can also export your data or delete your account from your dashboard settings. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We collect minimal information about children (name, age range, interests) solely for song personalization. This information is never shared publicly, sold, or used for any purpose other than creating your custom song. Parents or legal guardians provide all child-related information and retain control over it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
